Company Registration for Property Transactions
This service allows companies to be officially registered with the Dubai Land Department and obtain a unique reference number. This registration is a prerequisite for accessing real estate transaction services, such as buying, selling, or mortgaging property. Without it, a company cannot participate in property transactions in Dubai. The service also supports amendments to existing registrations, including the ability to add or remove company details as needed. This ensures accuracy, transparency, and smooth processing of all property transactions involving corporate entities.
