Oqood (Off plan) Resale
This service allows for the registration of off-plan property sales with the Dubai Land Department, ensuring that buyers of units still under development are legally recognized as purchasers. Through the process the sales agreement is recorded in the official Oqood system, which safeguards the rights of both the developer and the buyer during the construction period. Registration provides transparency, legal enforceability, and protection of the purchaser’s investment until completion, at which point the unit can be transferred to a full title deed in the buyer’s name.
