Property Sale Registration
This service enables the official registration of a property sale transaction, whether total or partial, between the seller and the purchaser or their legal representatives. It applies to the transfer of ownership of land, completed properties, or individual real estate units. The process ensures that the buyer’s ownership is legally recognized and recorded with the Dubai Land Department. Upon completion, a new title deed is issued in the purchaser’s name, providing full legal protection for both contracting parties and ensuring transparency and enforceability of the transaction.

Copy of UAE Visa & Emirates ID for UAE Resident/s (Buyer and Seller)
Sales & Purchase Agreement (Form F)
No objection certificate (NOC) from developer
Sellers Cheque
A legal power of attorney in case of a representative (If applicable)

4% of the sale price.
580 AED If Apartment/ Villa/ Office
430 AED If Land
Registration Trustee
4,000 AED + 200 AED (5% VAT)
if the price of the property is equal or more than 500,000 AED.
2,000 AED + 100 AED (5% VAT)
if the price of the property is less than 500,000 AED.
